Joicee has been colouring hair since 2001, learning the craft in London before takingon an education role for a major player in India’s emerging hair scene. She landed in Melbourne in 2014 and took a place on the shibui colour team where she furthered her love and appreciation for intuitive colouring.

DEAN MELIA

Hey! I’m Dean from Tullamore, Ireland. I have been in the hairdressing world for 15 years now. I fell in love with Melbourne before covid while I was working in Elsternwick, but had to move away when the salons started to close, I’m excited to be back and to be at shibui and meeting all its lovely clients.

Hey there! I’m Paris and I’m from New Zealand. I’ve been in the hair industry for 10 years now, and two years ago I made the move across the ditch to try my luck in Melbourne! I specialise in blondes and love a cheeky little blow-dry.
I am excited to be part of the shibui team and meeting all you beautiful clients and I hope to see you in my chair soon!
